• Harvesting, washing, and packaging vegetables for sale

• Performing all of the above in all types of weather conditions

• Safely and repeatedly lift and carry 50+lbs

• Repeatedly stoop, kneel, reach overhead, bend, crawl, and squat

• Withstand exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat

• Sustain a full shift (up to 8 hours) of active work on their feet

• Handle small objects and perform repetitive tasks

• Safely utilize sharp tools

• Recognize and prevent potential self-injury
